I bought an Audi A6 from Denny in December. Having had a poor experience with a previous car salesman, it was refreshing to deal with a man of integrity. BMW 640d. Dennis was a pleasure to do business with ,un rushed nice test drive , happy to answer any question , held the car for me until I could get down to see it . It was Exactly as described ,Exactly , all paperwork and service history in place . couple of minor chips on front bumper which he had repaired before I collected the car .I hate buying second hand cars I put it right up there with moving home ,however this has been a pleasure and i've been smiling ever since I first seen the car. Im really pleased with the car and would definitely recommend Dennis ( vanquish) to anyone .The price was fair (I didn't even haggle! )the un rushed un pressured service great , an honest and decent gentleman. Where to start. Denny was such a lovely guy from the first point of contact over the phone to the day I went to view the car and test drive it. There was no pressure selling from Denny whatsoever. The car came with a flawless service history and two keys. Cannot fault the car or Denny’s service one bit. Would 100% recommend Denny to anyone looking to buy a car with peace of mind. I bought the Audi S8 from Denny last week. I travelled some 300 miles and he picked me up from the train station. Denny is a great person to buy a car from. He knows his stuff and the car was perfect and as described. I can't fault him or the car in any way. He is a genuine car trader and works hard to maintain his reputation. He was reasonable with the price which is always a nice touch. Having travelled so far it was difficult to to do all the checks but Denny made sure I had everything I needed and made sure the car was 100% ready to go. I recently purchased a 2009 CL 500 from Denny. He was good enough to give me time to view the car as I live a little way away form him. The history and condition of the car cannot be faulted and were just as he had advertised. He carefully took me through all of the superb history of the car, and did draw my attention to a couple of minor issues with the car, which I would not have noticed (it is 12 years old !!) plus a couple of small niggles after the sale. Denny without quibble paid for the repairs without question which was very much appreciated. I can only agree with all the other reviews on here in that this man is a true and honest gent. Denny was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend Denny as your first call if looking to purchase a car.

It's hard to know where to start! I live 200 miles away from Vanquish so spent a fair bit of time chatting with Denny over the phone before I decided to buy my 2004 Mercedes 500SL from Vanquish. From my initial enquiry through to being picked up from the Station by Denny on collection day (what a day! - best Christmas Present Ever!), I honestly could not have wished for a better way to buy a car or a better person to buy from. A couple of weeks after I bought my car it had a small fault that needed to be sorted out quickly, again Denny was the epitome of professionalism and understanding and dealt with issue immediately! Throughout my entire buying experience and beyond, Denny was courteous, knowledgable and a thoroughly good guy and I can't recommend the service from Vanquish highly enough! I have a beautiful new car and I think I made a new friend in Denny too! Brilliant!

Bought a car from Vanquish, it was better than described. It did however have a problem which turned out to be serious. We fixed the problem and Denny paid the bill with no quibble. The spare key did not fit and Vanquish paid for the second key, again with no quibble. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. I have been in business for 50 years and It is rare these days to find someone with honour and integrity who puts the needs of their customers first . Denny is one of those rarities.

Denny is very good with communicating and very organised and professional! 100% recommend buying a car from him! My son had a fantastic experience with Vanquish when he wanted to sell his car so I decided to use Vanquish to sell mine . Denny collected the car and had it professionally valeted and put the car up for sale at an agreed price. Due to ill health we didn't need the stress of viewers and phone calls and Denny took this away from us. The car was presented in the advert in a very professional way with the full description and photos. With in 2 Days of the advert coming out the Car was Sold for the agreed price . What can I say! Denny was amazing from start to finish. Very professional but also very caring and reassuring. I bought the car unseen and Denny assured me it was clean and looked brand new. When the car arrived he couldn't be more on point! The car is beautiful it looks brand new and not a mark on it. I was kept up to date everyday as to what was going on and when the car was to be delivered he kept me in the loop. I've never outright bought a car from someone or a dealership before but I definitely would again when needed and I would be sure to come back to Vanquish and see if they had anything I would want because the service I received was outstanding. The thought of selling my car was a serious stress. The thought of having to take calls and organise test drives etc was really going to be something I didn't want to deal with. Luckily I got in touch with Vanquish Specialist Cars and all the stress was gone. Mr Robinson took the car off me, had it all valeted and had it looking like brand new, and even offered a warranty something I couldn't of done myself! It was listed on Autotrader the day he said it would go live and the photos he posted were professional. Once the sale was complete the money was transferred to my bank account without any delay. He got the money I was looking for and this was a hassle free experience! I would seriously recommend Mr Robinson if you are looking to sell or buy!

Having searched for this particular model of the car for several months, I saw the advert from Vanquish SC and arranged to view the car. Dennis was very accommodating in arranging a suitable time. The test drive was extremely satisfactory and D encouraged me to think about it and come back again for a second test drive at a later date. I took D up on the offer and he was kind enough to pick me up from the station for the second visit. The car had been valeted to a good standard and the paperwork was as described. After the purchase as I was about to drive away, I noticed that the rear mats were missing which I had overlooked. D took the trouble to drive to the valet servicing station to check if they had been mistakenly left there. Not finding them there, D told me to purchase them and send him the invoice for the replacement. The whole process was stress free and enjoyable and at no point did D put any pressure for the sale. Thanks for putting a smile on my face every time I drive D!!
